			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday I made some blueberry bread with my new break maker. I was so excited to try it because it has a gluten free setting.</p>
<p>Here is the recipe I used:</p>
<p>- 1 &amp; 3/4 cups gluten free flour mix (or coconut flour, i tried both (I liked the mix slightly better)<br />
- 3/4 cup blueberries<br />
- 1 egg<br />
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas<br />
- 1/3 cup honey<br />
- 1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk. If you are using coconut flour use half as much milk and 6 eggs instead of 1.)<br />
- 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil (if using coconut flour use 1/2 oil)<br />
- 1 tsp. vanilla<br />
- 1 tsp. cinnamon<br />
- 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder (do not use this if your gluten free flour mix already has it)</p>
<p>Instructions:<br />
For bread Maker:<br />
1. combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl<br />
2. add wet ingredients to the bottom of the break maker pan, add the dry ingredients on top.<br />
3. Follow your bread maker instructions for baking times on a 1 lb. loaf<br />
4. Your bread maker may ask you to add the blueberries at a later time.</p>
<p>For Oven:(this is what I used to do before I had a bread maker)<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 f.<br />
2. wisk egg, oil and milk together. Add the dry ingredients and combine well.<br />
3. Fold in the blueberries, being careful not to break them and turn the batter blue.<br />
4. Add to a medium size loaf pan and bake for 22-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out cleanly.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">It takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of the functions and how to adjust the recipes, i really like the Cuisinart bread maker. My first one was not a stunning success, but the second one where i used the recipe i mentioned was wonderful!</p>
