My Newest Gluten Free Snack!
You need:
–30 seconds
–peanut butter (I use 100% natural peanut butter, just the nuts for me)
–apple slices (I like Granny Smith)
–cinnamon (as much as you like, I use just a dash)
–1 plain rice cake (I use brown rice cakes without salt)

All you do is spread the peanut butter on the rice cake, arrange the apple slices on the peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, that’s it!
Bonus: Rice cake is low glycemic carbohydrate, this means this snack gives sustained energy. Cinnamon is great for controlling your blood sugar levels. With 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter, this snack comes in at only 100 calories!
So that is my new invention. Made one for my best buddy, Morgan, and he loved it. Try it out

Another great recipe, simple but definitely a keeper. I just ate 3 of theses (maybe I shoulda had 2 but they were so good)
